Regardless, the fact that achievements aren't shared means that no one is going to be able to help you with the achievement list's biggest pain in the neck. We're intrigued to find out how this applies to storyline specific achievements, like the choices made with the old Community Center. The Multiplayer update brings four-player co-op into the popular farming simulator – one player hosts while the other three join. We imagine they are relieved to finally be able to let go of this particular update and focus on the future. Despite the fact that ConcernedApe didn't have direct control over the process, the developer took the brunt of player frustrations on Twitter as delays continued to crop up. Perhaps these reasons were the cause of Xbox's continous denial of certification on the update. To make things more complicated, the console ports were being worked on by Sickhead Games, and not ConcernedApe – so there were two degrees of separation between the product trying to launch on Xbox and the developers who coded it. Although ConcernedApe is the sole developer of the base game, Chucklefish's Tom Coxon apparently wrote a big chunk of the networking code for the update on PC – and of course Stardew Valley and Chucklefish have since parted ways. Multiplayer has been a complicated beast from the start. For those of you long done with the Stardew Valley Achievements list but still holding out for that sweet console multiplayer, finally some good news – the 1.3 multiplayer update is now available on Xbox One, according to developer ConcernedApe's tweet.
